The public website

vialisme.com is a static, pre-rendered website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, collects no visitor data and profiles nobody. Embedded players and links to third-party platforms (such as YouTube, Instagram or TikTok) connect you directly to those platforms; their own privacy policies then apply.

Vialisme Studio accounts

The private Studio area of this site is used only by the members of the band. It stores the account details the band members create (name, email address and a hashed password) and the band's own content: releases, schedules, videos, photos and captions.

Publishing integrations

When a band member connects a platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Dailymotion), the Studio stores that member's authorization token and uses it only to publish the band's own videos on the dates the band chooses. Publishing sends the video file and its caption to the platform it is posted on. Tokens are never shared with anyone.

Storage

The band's media files are stored in the band's own Google Drive folder under the band's own Google account. We never use them for anything other than the band's publishing workflow.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or share data with anyone. We do not run advertising or build audiences from anyone's data. The only data that exists is the band's own.

Data removal

Band members can ask for their account and its data to be deleted by contacting us; we remove them from the Studio. Content already published on a platform stays on that platform until deleted there.

Contact and changes

Reach us by direct message on our Instagram account. If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
